Once placed, an order cannot be modified. Once you receive your shipment, you can request a Return Authorization for the item you wish to return via emailing us at contact@ellison.com. Please note, shipping and handling is charged on all returned items. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any item returned that was not included in the Return Authorization.

First, a printer-friendly Purchase Receipt was displayed in your Web browser at the conclusion of the online ordering process. Next, an email confirmation was sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process or when creating an account. You can check an order has been successfully placed or the status of order by logging into your account area and checking under the ‘My Orders’ option on the left of your screen.

All orders will include a despatch note. These do not include any payment information or product prices.

Unfortunately, we cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. Additionally if you would like to receive updates on our latest promotions and sales, please sign up to the us.mylifehandmade.com newsletter via our online sign—up form. If you are interested in purchasing items that are not currently "on special" we recommend checking the website for the updated online special prior to placing your order.

New orders can be placed 24/7 online through our secure checkout process at us.mylifehandmade.com. If you are having technical difficulty placing your order online, Customer Service Representatives are available M-F 7:00am-4:00pm PST.

Debit cards and pre-paid cards issued by most banks and other institutions are also accepted. Your credit/debit card statement will reflect a charge from Ellison Lake Forest CA. Ellison Educational Equipment, Inc., is the owner and operator of the us.mylifehandmade.com website. Please note that we do not sell Gift Cards.

Your order will normally be despatched in 7-10 working days and delivered in 10-15 working days. Please note in busy periods such as sales and promotions, despatch time may take 10-15 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, as long as the item is within our 30 day returns policy and is in a resalable condition. You will also need proof of purchase in order for us to process this.

We don't accept returns brought from another retailer. You will need to return your item to the original store it was purchased from.

No, you don't need to have an account to shop online with us. To buy without registering, simply use our ‘Guest Checkout’ option. Registering online does have it's advantages, here's some of them:

  • Make future purchases quicker as you will never need to fill in your account information again
  • Conveniently track your current order status and see your order history

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a loyalty scheme.
