Orders

Our team try and get your order processed as quickly as possible! So unfortunately, once your order has been placed, there is no way to cancel or stop it. If, after placing an order, you've changed your mind just wait for the order to arrive and return it within 30 days to get a full refund.

This is not something that we offer at the moment.

All orders will include a despatch note. These do not include any payment information or product prices.

Payment Methods

We do not take orders over the phone for security reasons.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal Express.

Delivery

You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days in the UK, and 5-7 working days in Europe.

We currently only deliver to UK addresses,this includes the Isle of Man, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We also ship to a number of European countries, see our Shipping Page for more details!

If you have selected tracked delivery, once your order is despatched, you will be emailed a tracking number.

For UK delivery you can choose between tracked and non tracked delivery for smaller items, all larger items will be sent via DPD. All European orders will be sent via DHL.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, as long as the item is within our 30 day returns policy and is in a resalable condition. You will also need proof of purchase in order for us to process this.

We don't accept returns brought from another retailer. You will need to return your item to the original store it was purchased from.

No, you don't need to have an account to shop online with us. To buy without registering, simply use our ‘Guest Checkout’ option. Registering online does have it's advantages, here's some of them:

  • Make future purchases quicker as you will never need to fill in your account information again
  • Conveniently track your current order status and see your order history

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a loyalty scheme.
